The non-profit association 'Sue Ryder Woonzorg' was founded in 1972 with the aim of providing affordable housing in the district of Bruges to people in psychosocial need.
In order to achieve its goal, Sue Ryder Woonzorg organises, with the help of many enthusiastic volunteers, the sale of donated goods. With the proceeds of the sale of these second-hand goods, the association has realized several housing projects. Apartments for short care of two families, four specially equipped houses for older couples with disabilities, 10 apartments for persons with a mental vulnerability.
The NPO 'Sue Ryder Woonzorg' is completely independent and not subsidised.
The association works exclusively with dedicated volunteers!
